My name is Michael Susens-Schurter, but I usually just go by Michael Schurter. Or just Michael.

I’m a web developer and IT consultant. My friend Chris Pitzer and I founded Lo-Fi Art together to do web design and development.

I specialize in:

  • Linux (preferably Debian or Ubuntu)
  • Apache (including rewrite, proxy, ssl, php, and python modules)
  • Python and PHP (with some Java, Mono/.NET, and Perl experience)
    • but especially Python (mainly CherryPy, Genshi, and Django)
  • (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, et al
  • MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite (with some MS SQL Server if you insist)
