Ad Policy
Advertisements on my blog will follow the following guidelines. Please inform me of any ads appearing which do not conform to these guidelines!
I will…
- …always clearly mark what is an ad or sponsored content.
I will not…
- …be bought. Even if someone is pays me to post on a certain topic I will fully disclose the relationship and not allow the payment to influence my opinion.
- …use those stupid little pop-up JavaScript ads on words. I hate those.
- …allow automatic Pop-ups — but only because they’re soooooo 1999.
- …sell user information such as e-mail addresses.
- …allow Flash ads to play audio without user interaction. Thats so annoying
- …display ads containing or promoting pornography or gambling. What you do is your own business, I just don’t care to worry about all the various issues surrounding those topics.
